How we train


  • We invest heavily in training because we believe the investment in our people is critical to our success.
  • All Team Spirits recruits are enrolled onto our mandatory 3 day induction training including selling skills, followed by mentoring, supervision and assessment by a team leader.
  • We train our consultants to sell our clients products ranges and to become brand ambassadors in-store and at events and exhibitions.
  • We aim to consistently deliver positive customer experience by making each customer interaction a positive and memorable experience.
