I have thoroughly enjoyed my role working within Team Spirits at Terminal 5 for a number of years. The flexibility and fast paced learning that an individual is exposed to when working in this environment is amazing! This industry has taught me a lot and has allowed me to develop numerous skills from leading a team to establishing client relationships and working on different avenues of networks within the industry. I have been able to excel both on a professional and personal level.

Since I joined in 2016, I would say that Team Spirits is one of the best companies to work for. I have worked across different UK airports with Team Spirits and they have flexible hours, brilliant training and always make sure that team have all the information they need. Team Spirits have very friendly staff from the Management to the Shop Floor Team. We all work together, help and motivate one another especially new starters. Lastly, the job is extremely challenging sometimes but we always work together as a team to accomplish our goal which is to satisfy our customers.
